Mahootus Hot Tubs are beautifully hand-crafted in Christchurch from Western Red Cedar, sourced from sustainable forestry. Designed without nails or glue in the age-old coopering method and complemented by brushed stainless steel and copper hardware. No electricity required - the duel-fuel burner heats the water to your required temperature by either wood or the slot-in LPG element. Simply fill the hot-tub with fresh or sea water, heat to your desired temperature and enjoy. No chemicals required - use the water several times, then simply 'pull the plug' to empty the tub. Recycle the water by attaching a hose and drain onto your garden or return it the sea, lake or river. No noisy pumps, filters or jets, Mahootus Hot tubs offer a silent soaking refuge in your own back-yard and they are perfect for holiday homes. Add mineral salts or essential oils for a therapeutic soak to promote relaxation and wellbeing. The Tubs are available in two sizes - a 2 personal oval tub or a 4 person round tub.
