I started making soap 23 years ago when I read in an article that the body absorbs up to 2kg of chemicals a year from commercial soaps. So I started researching natural soap making. Back then we didn`t have the internet so I read every book the library had. It certainly was different in those days. Standing at the stove stirring soap for 4 hours !!
