Genesis Architecture & Design

Genesis Architecture specializes in creating buildings which are healthy, ecological and uplifting to the soul.

With over 10 years experience in ecological design we have developed a holistic approach which focuses on human health, environmental sustainability and the interconnectedness of natural systems. We design contemporary buildings that combine healthy materials, breathable wall systems, natural harmonics and passive solar design with modern technological solutions such as sustainable urban drainage, combined heat and power, PV and community heating.

Our overriding intention is to create stimulating ‘living’ and ‘breathing’ environments which enhance our connection with nature and make us feel more alive.

We are a member of the New Zealand Institute of Architects and the Building Biology and Ecology Institute of New Zealand.
